Services

NHR Consulting provides software engineering consulting services including but not limited to: full-stack web development, infrastructure and DevOps, architecture review, technical strategy, and fractional CTO engagements. All services are scoped and priced on a per-engagement basis, agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Engagement Terms

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate statement of work (SOW) or service agreement that outlines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. These terms of service apply to use of this website and supplement any engagement-specific agreements.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. All fees are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns. Refunds for consulting services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be issued for undelivered or materially deficient work.

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with 14 days written notice. You will only be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement, all work product created during a consulting engagement is assigned to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing intellectual property and general knowledge remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

NHR Consulting provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
